Bihar has an image of a state of poor, uneducated, underdeveloped and labor class folks within India, despite of the fact that Bihar makes the maximum number of IAS and IPS in the country. However, the qualified people from Bihar get much love and respect within and outside India. This article shades light on the culture of Bihar especially when we compare them with developed countries. Our perspective on gathering cultural facts is from an NRI who have seen the lowest of Bihar and the Highest of London and New York in their lives. People of Bihar are in general full of love, meritorious, serious of nature and sensitive. The society of Bihar is divided in two classes: rich and poor. Caste is very much dominating factor in Bihar. 

On this website we check the ground reality of our Indian society which contributes to a few moments of pleasure or feeling of winning but many miseries in the lives of fellow Indians whether in India or abroad. What is surprising that we are so used to it that we treat it as the norms and values of life and we allow it to happen.
